Medal of Honor: The Medal of Honor is an award of outstanding bravery above and beyond that expected in the line of duty. Where failure to take such action would not justify censure, where the risk of life actually existed and the officer had sufficient time to evaluate that risk, where the objective is of sufficient importance to justify the risk, and where the officer accomplished the objective or was prevented from accomplishing the objective by incurring a disabling injury or death.

Medal of Valor: The Medal of Valor is an award for those who act with extreme bravery and courage in imminent danger. Troopers who receive this award show great awareness, skill, and ability to conduct themselves properly, even when a situation is beyond the realm of normality.

High Command Commendation Award: The High Command Commendation Award is an award that can only be given out by High Command and is given out to people who the high command team sees as doing an amazing job both on and off duty. This trooper displays great character and has great morals in their performance as a member of this department.

Selfless Service Award: The Selfless Service Medal is an award for bravery or in an act of heroism saving another indaviduals life. This is usually awarded to officers for individual acts of heroism in the line of duty, though not above and beyond the call of duty, as is required for the Medal of Valor.

Distinguished Service Award: The Distinguished Service Award is an award given to members who go above and beyond the basic duties that deputies are asked to embody. This trooper does anything and everything they can to help make this department a better place.

Divisional Achievement Award: The Divisional Achievement Award is a medal that is given to troopers who show outstanding work in their divisions. Being constantly active, putting in the work, showing integrity, and constantly working to make your division the best out there.

Community Policing Award: The Community Policing Medal is awarded to personnel who have solved a significant community problem, included the community in the problem-solving process, and/or shown a commitment to the SADPS Community Policing philosophy.

Good Conduct Award: The Good Conduct is given to troopers who behave well with courtesy and politeness to show correct public behavior to the people living in society. A person is known in the society not only for his intelligence but also for his good conduct and manners.
Recipients:
Long Service Award: The Long Service Award is an award given to members who have shown great skills and great abilities over a prolonged period of time. A trooper who receives this award must have served with the San Andreas Department of Public Safety for 5+ Months. Throughout this time, they must have remained active and must have not had any major disciplinary issues.
